About myOT4Kids
I am passionate about helping families reach their full potential through expert early childhood intervention
I am a wife, mom of 2, pediatric Occupational Therapist, feeding specialist, pediatric yoga instructor, holistic nutrition coach, author — and a cancer survivor. I understand firsthand how caring for a child can feel all-consuming, and how important it is for parents to feel supported, too.
MyOT4Kids started with a heart for helping children — and quickly grew into supporting the whole family.
As I worked alongside kids to strengthen feeding, fine motor, handwriting, and sensory skills, I saw how essential parent support truly is. Today, I use a collaborative parent coaching approach so progress continues beyond our sessions and into daily life. When I’m not working with families, you’ll find me hiking, biking, reading, or spending time near the water with my family.
